ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Simone Sharice, I’m a New York native with Jamaican roots, a lifelong love for travel, and a deep passion for teaching Pilates. Movement has always been more than exercise for me. It’s how I ground myself, reconnect, and create balance in everyday life.
I’m a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and the founder of Sundai Olive Pilates, an elevated sanctuary where movement meets mindfulness. Sundai Olive was created as a space where wellness feels intentional, refined, and supportive. A place to reset, reconnect, and realign through graceful Pilates and holistic self care.
My approach to Pilates is inclusive, athletic, and contemporary. I work with both men and women, meeting each client where they are while thoughtfully challenging them to grow. I emphasize strong, athletic movement paired with precise attention to form, allowing beginners to feel supported while advanced clients continue to feel challenged and engaged.
Mental health is deeply connected to my work. Growing up, I saw firsthand how important routine, regulation, and support are to overall wellbeing. Pilates became a way for me to create calm, build resilience, and feel more at home in my body, and it’s the same intention I bring to every session.
Sundai means reset, and Olive symbolizes peace. Together, they reflect the harmony between strength and softness that guides every practice. At Sundai Olive, Pilates is more than fitness. It’s a transformative wellness experience that supports both body and mind.

Sundai Olive Pilates is an online studio where you can join from anywhere in the world. Each workout is beginner-friendly and thoughtfully designed to challenge women to grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
We also host wellness events that bring women together through Pilates and self-care. It’s a space to move, reset, and feel supported on your journey to becoming your best self.

Move with intention using just your body. Mat Pilates is for all levels focused on body awareness, control, and strength without machines, sometimes using small props or none at all. Designed to challenge your core, improve balance, and build confidence.

A full body workout for all levels using controlled resistance and steady movement throughout each session. Designed to build strength, improve posture, and lengthen muscles while supporting safe progress and confident growth in your Pilates practice every time!

Cadillac & Equipment Training
A personalized, full body approach using the complete Pilates system created by Joseph Pilates, including the Chair, Tower, Cadillac, and Barrel. Designed to improve posture, flexibility, and deep core strength while supporting progression and advancement in your practice.

Beyond the mat, we host curated wellness events that blend Pilates, community, and self-care, spaces to recharge, connect, and move with intention.
In-person Pilates sessions
with Simone Sharice.
I teach in-person Pilates in Atlanta through private sessions, group classes, and hot mat Pilates. My in-person offerings are for those who want hands-on guidance, thoughtful cueing, and a practice that challenges the body while calming the mind. Expect intentional movement, elevated energy, and a supportive space to grow.
