Sundai Olive was founded by Simone Sharice, a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and the creator of Regulated Strength™, a movement methodology rooted in nervous system regulation and intentional strength training. Her approach was shaped by a deep personal understanding of what it means to build strength from a grounded, regulated place rather than from survival mode.

Through Sundai Olive's online platform and Atlanta studio, Simone works with men and women of all ages, specializing in mind body integration, nervous system health, and functional movement. She guides clients to build strength that is felt physically, mentally, and energetically. Moving with awareness. Operating from balance. Strength from the inside out.

Movement here is intentional. When you step into a session, whether you’re coming into the studio or pressing play at home, you are giving yourself space to slow down and come back to your body. The movements are controlled and focused, allowing you to build strength in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
