ABOUT ME

Sundai Olive was founded by Simone Sharice, a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and the creator of Regulated Strength™, a movement methodology rooted in nervous system regulation and intentional strength training. Her approach was shaped by a personal understanding of how deeply the mind and body are connected, and what it truly means to build strength from a grounded place.

Through Sundai Olive's in-person studio and online platform, Simone works with men and women of all ages, guiding clients to build strength that is felt physically, mentally, and energetically. This is movement with a purpose. She is redefining what it looks like to be strong from the inside out.

Simone Sharice is a Balanced Body comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.

    Mat Pilates

    Move with intention using just your body. Mat Pilates is for all levels focused on body awareness, control, and strength without machines, sometimes using small props or none at all. Designed to challenge your core, improve balance, and build confidence.

    Cadillac & Equipment Training

    A personalized, full body approach using the complete Pilates system created by Joseph Pilates, including the Chair, Tower, Cadillac, and Barrel. Designed to improve posture, flexibility, and deep core strength while supporting progression and advancement in your practice.
