The Sundai Method
This is where everything begins.
The Sundai Method is your foundation. These sessions focus on alignment, breath, control, and understanding how your body is meant to move. This is where you slow down, clean up your form, and build the kind of strength that actually lasts. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing workouts but not seeing results, this is why. Your body needs structure before intensity. This section teaches you how to move properly so every other class works better. This is not just beginner content. It is the difference between guessing and moving with intention.

Reset & Release
SLOW DOWN AND LET YOUR BODY CATCH UP
For when your body needs softness, not more pressure.These sessions are slower and grounding, designed to help your body recover. You will focus on mobility, deep stretching, and releasing tension that builds up from stress, workouts, and daily life. This is where you come when you feel tight, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body. it helps you move better, feel lighter, and stay consistent without burning out. This is not optional. this is part of taking care of your body.

Not at all. Sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you've never done Pilates or you're coming back after a long break.

Mat Pilates uses your bodyweight to build core strength and control. Reformer Pilates uses a spring-resistance machine that provides deeper support and more precise feedback. Both are powerful in different ways.

It depends on your goals. If you want flexibility and can practice anywhere, mat is a great start. You should choose “TheReset”. If you own a reformer, then “The Reformer” membership is worth exploring because it comes with mat classes and reformer classes.

Yes. Seasonal challenges are offered throughout the year to help you stay consistent, push your edge, and connect with the community.

Yes. New classes are added to the on-demand library weekly so there is always something fresh to come back to.

Getting Started

All 1:1 private sessions are 50 minutes.

You will need a mat, enough floor space to stretch out comfortably, and a device with a working camera. For virtual reformer sessions, you will need to have a reformer at home
( Socks are optional if you are at home)

The studio is located in Lawrenceville, GA in Gwinnett County. The exact address will be shared with you after booking.

Please bring grip socks. They are required for reformer sessions to ensure safety and hygiene in the studio.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your session. If that is not possible, please be on time so we can make the most of your full 50 minutes together.

Both options are available. Virtual 1:1 sessions are offered for mat and reformer Pilates, and in-person sessions are available at the Lawrenceville studio.

All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full session amount, no exceptions. To cancel or reschedule, log into your account and make changes there. If you have any issues, please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you in time.
Please note that there is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you have not arrived or logged on within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your session will be forfeited and the full amount will be charged. We value your time and ours, and this policy allows us to maintain a consistent and professional experience for every client.
Bookings & Memberships

Yes. You can book a single drop-in or 1:1 private session, or head to our YouTube channel to try out many of our videos before joining.

There are three options. The Reset is $39 per month, The Reformer is $55 per month, and The Method is $79 per month and includes 4 live classes per month, full on-demand library access, and seasonal challenges.

No. Online memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with no penalties.

Memberships cannot be paused. If you need to step away, you are welcome to cancel and rejoin when you are ready.

Everything is handled through your account. Simply log in to book sessions, access content, and manage your membership.
